His work has transformed New York City’s schools, training educators in ethics and interdisciplinary studies while inspiring students to pursue careers in law enforcement, education, social services, and entrepreneurship.
In 2005, he launched Words of Bonds, which bridges African-American and Jewish communities through interviews with Holocaust survivors and Black elders. It fosters dialogue, unity, and historical awareness.

Bill’s groundbreaking Tour for Tolerance (TFT) turns school buses into high-tech, mobile classrooms featuring AI, holograms, and immersive technology. Reaching over 70,000 students annually, TFT makes complex social issues engaging and accessible, promoting empathy, inclusion, and moral integrity.
